The PowerPoint is 55 pages long. It covers the history of trains from the first vehicle to be pulled on rails over 200 years ago; steam trains; the locomotive; the Rocket; diesel trains, through to the modern electric trains of today. It would be suitable for upper KS1 or lower KS2 and can be used in a history topic or as a non-fiction book in English.
